ABOUT ELLEN

As a 200RYT, Ellen is beaming with passion and is highly experienced as a fitness and spin instructor. While practicing her personal power yoga and vinyasa yoga, she was inspired to search for deeper self-connection.

“Awareness of my breathe, simply being present, and quieting my mind were new skills for me. I experience some freedom from my daily frenetic energy by focusing on my breath. This is what led me to become a yoga teacher.”

Ellen soon learned within the yoga community that it is possible to be centered and grounded physically, emotionally, and spiritually which allows for personal growth, self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-love and to be exactly where you are.

During her spare time, Ellen enjoys running, biking, camping, and gardening. Her spirit animal is a butterfly. She is excited to share her yoga practice with you and to uncover and honor your unique voice.
